Lael Primrose
Lael’s work is a dance between the ethereal and the structured. In her photography, she moves beyond simple documentation to capture the "sacred space" of the human spirit. Her lens doesn’t just record a subject; it seeks to reflect a person’s inherent brilliance back to them, creating a rare moment of being truly seen. This same philosophy of "seeing" extends to her work as a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, where she uses movement and breath to help humans feel just a bit safer in their own skin.
Currently, Lael is finding the balance between the stillness of the studio and the whimsy of the written word. She is developing a collection of children’s literature designed to give young readers (and the adults who love them) the tools to navigate their inner emotional landscapes with integrity and soft-heartedness.
Whether she is behind the camera, on the mat, or at the writing desk, Lael’s mission remains the same: to curate environments of safety and wonder, reminding us all that we are allowed to take up space and feel exactly as we are.
